Clients have 24 hours to cancel an appointment (not a plan) for a full refund.
Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a no refund.
All sales final for quarterly online plan purchases.
All in-person, and virtual one-on-one personal training appointments must be cancelled prior to 24 hours of said appointment to be issued a full refund. Any cancellations or changes made within 24 hours are not subject to a refund.
