I’m Joel Podbereski – an ‘on-paper’ disabled Army veteran who refuses to allow himself limitations in what I can achieve with discipline and hard work. Swollehalla LLC is a reflection of my aim to help others reach this ‘realm’ of fitness and health that I’ve taken myself to. The aim of Swollehalla is to help you reach new levels of confidence, wellness, personal strength, and fitness in your daily life.

My in-person personal training sessions provide one-on-one support. Virtual training allows you space and comfort – with a personal touch. The online strength-training workout plans offer flexibility for a busy lifestyle. I am committed to making your fitness journey enjoyable and effective.

I'm a Strength Trainer

Strength training programs can help build muscle, maintain or build bone density, increase object lifting and holding capacity – and create a balanced, whole-body approach to strength and stability.

I'm an advocate of Functional Fitness

Functional fitness can be thought of as conditioning the body through non-traditional gym equipment and outdoor environments. Isometric strength, balance, joint stability and endurance can all be improved!
